When you submit a form, you ask us to review your inquiry and may ask us to contact you. Form submissions may be forwarded to our business by SMS and other channels so we can respond.

Submitting a form does not guarantee availability, pricing, or that we will accept the work. Emergency form submissions are not a substitute for calling us or emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

For urgent plumbing issues, call (971) 201-0232. For fire, medical, or life-threatening emergencies, call 911.

Plumbing work, pricing, timelines, and scope are confirmed separately from this website. Estimates may change if job conditions differ from what was described. You are responsible for providing accurate access and information about the property and issue.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam content through our forms
• Attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the site

Our total liability related to website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct where such limitation is prohibited.

Separate terms may apply to actual plumbing work performed at your property.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Norse Mechanical LLC and David Burnett from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Oregon will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the website, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
